「We stayed for two nights from September 23 to September 25. It was raining and very cold during those days. When we arrived at the hotel, we found that there was no hot water in the bathroom. We reported the issue on the first day, but no one responded, so we had to take cold showers. As a result, both of us caught a bad cold and completely lost our voices. 「We arrived and checked in quickly. They upgraded our room to have a view of Fountain Square which was nice. The room was clean and the mini fridge was cold. That was a good thing because the ice maker was broken on the 12th floor. We didn’t use the workout room but we DID take advantage of the bar and a HUGE shout out to Dan, the bartender! Super cool, super professional, and has great taste in breakfast joints. He recommended Maplewood Cafe and the lemon ricotta pancakes. Freaking delicious...
