"Lovely room with a view of the lake and very large windows and a balcony. Room was older but clean and the beds comfortable. It was late when we arrived so we ate dinner at the pub in the hotel. The food was decent but expensive as to be expected. Breakfast was very nice. Plenty of parking. The location is great if you don't want to be in the downtown area of Killarney which was very busy but it is an easy taxi ride into the town for dinner and shopping. "Location is excellent! Easy to get to town, shopping, national park, just about everything. Room was clean and comfortable. Amenties were great and hair dryer was provided. All staff members were attentive to our needs and reception provided great directions for our visit. "

"Park Place has an excellent location. Very easy walk to main street Killarney with food and shops. It was a short run/walk to Killarney National Park as well which was a welcome surprise. Parking was very easy. The downsides were that the wi-fi did not work well, if at all; and the hallways were like a motel and not well maintained. The room itself was great and clean. "

"Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and quiet, you’ll be able to sleep peacefully and comfortably. Areas is safe to go around, walkable to restaurants , convenient stores & gift shops. Parking is a bit tight, but manageable. I would definitely recommend this place! "

"This was my favorite hotel of our 2 week stay in Ireland. The room was fabulous and the staff were very accommodating. The front desk clerk even offered to watch our laundry for us. Breakfast was good…combination of buffet and order from a menu. "

"We stayed in the 4 bedroom house. Great location and great configuration for 8 people. We were provided with a welcome pack which was appreciated. Wonderful, friendly staff in the hotel and lovely that we could use the hotel's amenities. The houses are in need of maintenance and updates and the outside areas were unusable as they had not been cleaned. "
