“It was a pleasure staying at this resort and experiencing the holiday season with staff and new found friends. Clean safe resort with many different varieties of food options including a private wine dinner of your choice. Staff go above and beyond to make sure we were cared for during our stay. Great place to welcome the New Year”

“Very friendly and helpful staff, nice location and amenities. Using the Hyatt Inclusive app to request services or to resolve issues makes for an easy experience. Only negative was that the à la carte restaurants don’t take reservations.”

“The staff was excellent and we enjoyed the quietness of the property. The pool and beach area we lovely and we never had to worry about finding lounge chairs. There are many stairs on the property so it isn't ideal for those with mobility issues, although they do have a shuttle from reception to the beach.
There are spots of the resort that is showing its age a bit but overall it was well maintained, clean and all the staff were exceptional.”
