“The room was impeccably clean, spacious, and well-maintained throughout my visit. Furthermore, the entire staff was exceptionally professional, welcoming, and attentive to every request. The breakfast buffet was also outstanding, offering a wide variety of fresh and high-quality options.”

“Whenever I visit Tenerife, I stay in either the AC or the NH across the street. The locations is fantastic with immediate access to cabs and transportation, and withing walking distance of plenty of amenities. You get exactly what you need: a quiet, clean, comfy, and secure location to spend your time in Santa Cruz.”

“The hotel is centrally located and easy to find. The staff, especially Julia, were super helpful; she gave us some spot-on recommendations for things to do nearby. They even booked my taxi to the airport and made sure it actually showed up. The room was really spacious and clean, and the AC was nice and cold. I didn't have breakfast, though.”

“Friendly staff who were happy to help. Bar staff remembered people and their drinks. Variety of food selection on offer. Lots of sun loungers on offer although the hotel can block the sun occasionally. The room was fine, clean and spacious. Room and general internal areas of the hotel looked slightly old / outdated however no complaints. Only one issue was in the final morning before checking out, there was a fairly large leak coming from the ceiling above the shower, this didn’t affect me as……

“Great room and view!”

“The location was great, tons of food options around. The rooms can get extremely hot and stuffy as the AC doesn't seem to be the best and sometimes even question if it is actually working. They now charge an absorbent amount for parking, I remember going here 2 years ago and was charged less than half of what I was charged this time. It cost 320 euro for parking for 2 weeks. Otherwise the rooms and all common areas were very clean and overall I had a good stay.”

“Needs some improvement with customer service, checking-In was not clear after downloading our passports to the hotel portal, the receptionist without checking the computer was asking for IDs.”

“位置太好了，下楼就是无敌海景。只是硬件条件略差。”

“The room was good and clean”

“Great Spa with good amenities; a hot and not so hot sauna, steam room, ice, various showers, cold water basin, jacuzzi, hot and cold leg baths and a decent pool. Spa treatments are reasonably priced from a UK perspective and the wife found the massage effective. The breakfast buffet is very good and the selection of vegetarian and some vegan options stands out. Just be careful. Chef doesn't automatically separate meaty from veggie food and doesn't stick too strictly to the descriptions if……

“Perfect location, spacious room and great customer service”

“Prachtig uitzicht vanaf het balkon op de zee en de grote zwembaden. Goede airco in de kamer. Grote bedden. Zeer centraal gelegen. Geen parkeergelegenheid, maar op 15 minuten lopen zit megagrote gratis parkeerplaats.”
