"The Clarion is a stunning hotel that’s kept clean and in a great location. There was just a few things keeping in from 5*, hotel breakfast is chaos, lots of guess, not lots of tables, additionally the advertised sauna is currently being upgraded therefore off-limits which would have been better noted on booking rather then when we asked where it was."

"My partner and I had an excellent stay at Scandic Central. The room was comfortable, staff excellent throughout and the included breakfast was very very good. There is nothing we would have changed about the stay at all based on the hotel. The only drawback was that the construction outside Central Station really affects how you reach the hotel and makes Scandic Europa much closer and convenient for central Gothenburg. However that is no fault of the hotel and we would absolutely return!"

"A king size topper would be great on the bed. The bed slid a bit and my foot was caught in the middle. Otherwise we love Gothia. "

"Fantastic hotel! My wife and I stayed here for a long weekend and the hotel. The roof top spa was excellent and the breakfast in the hotel was incredible, there was literally every food you could imagine and top quality too. Location is superb and central. Glad we chose here as it was superb."

"The property was excellent. Very clean, aesthetically it was beautiful. The property offered multiple bars and restaurants with a delicious breakfast buffet. What set this property apart from the rest was the amount of activities they offer, from hiking to movie night in their very own theater to making smores over an open fire. "
