“Everything was phenomenal. They do a scavenger hunt for the kiddos and also provide snores kits for the fire pits. So much fun. Our view wasn’t the best but we weren’t in the room much anyway.”

“Great stay but two minor issues just due to the fact that I think this is a new build/newly renovated building, the rest of the stay was fabulous, clean and aesthetically pleasing: Outlets on one half of the unit did not work so no TV or device charging from the dining table area which was sort of weird. I had a unit that was super close to the door that you have to code into to get to the placemakr units from the hallway, and that hallway door is comically loud and slams pretty bad. Even……

“The proper tea was beautiful with magnificent views. The room and amenities were well aligned with the nightly price. The problem with the property is the layout is crazy. You have to go upstairs, down the hall, down an elevator to get where you need to go. It was so confusing. And the fact that you had to buy the supplies to make s’mores with ridiculous. Many hotels do s’mores at night now and I’ve never had to pay anywhere that I’ve stayed. That was disappointing. And everything closes by 10……

“Sundance resort is beautiful! Nestled right up to the mountains with gorgeous views. We stayed in the cottages and loved it going for a hike to the waterfalls right out our backdoor! Upon check-in unfortunately there was some used pool towels left in our room from the cleaning staff by accident, so they immediately moved us to another room, helped us move our bags and apologized profusely. No hotel is ever perfect, but they genuinely cared and acted quickly to move us. The cottage they moved us……
