“Overall is good. Service is nice. The staff is enthusiastic and kind. There is one thing I would like to mention. We booked a "two bed + one sofa bed" room and indicated we have 2 adults and 2 children. However, the room supplies are all for 3 persons. Extra supplies are sent to us after communication but it is a little inconvenient for us. There are washing machines in 9F but the amount is not enough. It is always occupied. Hope you can increase the numbers of washing machines if possible. ”

“The location is really good which is just beside the tram stop and in the centre of the shopping district. Free drinks are provided in a cozy public area. Breakfast is served with Japanese and Western-style food.”
