"The good: Staff were curteous, bed is comfortable, breakfast was good and the pool is beautiful. Housekeeping was good with plenty of water provided daily. The not so good: This hotel is in dire need of some care. We did not have hot water 2 out of the 4 days of our stay. We originally booked a pool access room but got “upgraded” to a beach front villa… not sure this was an upgrade at all. The rooms are very run down, and need some care. "Room was spotless and all amenities were working well. Only downside was that it was slightly small for a family of 4, but not a big issue. The one thing that stands outs more than anything is the amazing customer service. The resort was great and in the perfect location for nearby restaurants, bars and shopping centres and markets. "
