"Lovely, modern and clean hotel located across the street (reachable by bridge) from KIX Airport and the train station. The staff were so attentive, courteous, welcoming and helpful at all times. I’d happily stay here again and would highly recommend this hotel to family and friends."

"The ryokan and the area surrounding it was absolutely beautiful. The staff are very kind and will take the time to assist as much as possible, even with the language barrier. Breakfast and dinner is included. A free shuttle is available for pickup/dropoff between 2 stations at certain times, inquire when making the reservations. The room with private bath is absolutely gorgeous. Would definitely visit again."
