“Under construction. It was not noted when I reserved rooms. Got there pass 10 pm no front desk. Waited for about 20 minutes. Front desk had to run something upstairs. He was very nice and apologize he was the only one there. Valet refused to valet our 12 seater van. My husband had to find the lot. They started construction noise before 8. One of the room had the fridge so loud My sis in law had to unplug the fridge. Heater was not working.... I was just not happy with this hotel.”
