"Too hot in the room and they could not turn on the AC as the hotel is on winter mode “heat”… so they brought a ventilator on a timer that must be reset regularly… some great employees and some bad ones… 35 euros taxi was shared so the driver charging 70 euros for a ride to the airport… if I go back I will take Uber… and not share or pay less.. I was not told I had to share and the taxi had no taxi sign? He must be a “friend”? No Campari on Saturday as management is off on weekends and forgot to order a back up? Toilet access in the guest rooms very tight… stains behind the door. Overall good value with some concerns. "

"We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, within walking distance of everything we wanted to see and do. The hotel was very clean, and the staff were lovely and extremely helpful throughout our stay. We arrived after spending a night at another hotel that we had to leave early due to poor conditions, so we were especially relieved to find such a welcoming and comfortable place. The hotel was in the middle of renovations, but it didn’t bother us at all. In fact, I believe we were given a newly renovated room on the third floor, which was very spacious and comfortable. After our experience with the first hotel, where the online photos were very misleading, we were hesitant about staying elsewhere in Paris. This hotel completely restored our confidence. The property was wonderful and located in a vibrant area. It’s close to the Louvre and Notre Dame, with plenty of shopping nearby, including high end designer stores. There are also many great restaurants in the area. It’s a lively and enjoyable neighborhood to stay in, especially if it’s your first time visiting Paris. We would highly recommend this hotel."

"There was an empty glass water bottle on the ground in-front of my door upon check in. The room didn’t seem like it was just cleaned. I paid a lot of money for 1night for an Eiffel Tower view room. The view is obstructed and I wish it would have detailed that in the description because I would’ve booked somewhere else. The front of the property is under construction so it’s very loud. "

"Interesting, modular concept. Amenities great for a short stay and position perfect for onward travel or sightseeing. The staff were efficient and very helpful. Within the airport signage for Terminal 3 was poor. Once advised about the shuttle and where to catch it the hotel was easily reached on foot."
