「I normally don’t write reviews but this one deserves a quick one. TV didn’t work. Water had to be retrieved from the front desk. “Free” drinks and breakfast didn’t include gratuity (normally doesn’t but also isn’t expected and heavily noted here). Elevators were broken/very slow (this is normally an eye roll of a complaint for me but this one truly deserves to be noted. 「This review is for the 2 Queen River View Room. Compared with the 2 Queen Deluxe room, which I had before, the 2 Queen River View Room had a larger bathroom, full-height closet (important for hanging dresses/long garments), luggage rack without asking, 2 bathrobes (instead of 2), 2 facial masks, and a vanity amenities box (cotton balls & swabs, makeup-removing wipes).
Beds were good; Wi-Fi worked; room temp adjustable. Lots of storage/drawer space and furniture surfaces. Good bedside charging...
