"The Excelsior is an exceptional hotel in many ways - the property, the setting and the staff and just the general level of quality of everything. This was our second time there and it was lovely to be back. The only complaint I have is that the Wi-Fi service in the room was really bad this time but in all other respects, the place is magical."
