“The resort is not 5 stars. The rooms are nice, the rerritory isspacious, but layout is inconvenient, service is below average, and resort has numerous maintenence issues. The food is inconsistent. Coffee in main breakfast restaurant was terrible, kitchen was often smelling burnt food. Employees are disengaged and dont seem to care about doing a good job. It is definately overpriced. I wouldnt recommend staying there.”

“Our overall experience was unfortunately disappointing. The positives: beautiful location, nice pool area, excellent natural surroundings and beach. Language barrier: Very few staff members spoke English, which made communication unnecessarily difficult. We do not expect every staff member in Brazil to speak English, but at least the front desk.
