"We had THE BEST time staying at Ritz Carlton Miami. The staff there was most definitely the reason for our comfortable stay. The views are amazing and so is the restaurant downstairs. Access to pool and beach made the kids and us really happy as we could go there easily. Again, the staff here is absolutely amazing and a reason for us to return next year. "

"I have been staying at the 1 Hotel for at least 10 years, twice a year. I just started branching out and staying in the condos on residence side. This unit was definitely one of the worst we stayed in. The bathroom stunk of urine, no matter what I cleaned it with. The kitchen ceiling was all water stained and was leaking, dripped all over the kitchen island the whole time we were there. Place was so dimly lit, my husband had to shave by the window with a small mirror. Any other condo we stayed...

"We had an amazing time at the Nobu property. The hotel is beautifully decorated and well kept. The furniture is clean and looks new without scratches and scuffs that I've seen in other hotels. The outdoor areas are gorgeous, and relaxing with many pools to choose from, including a Nobu guest only, adult pool. But, by far the most notable part of our stay was the great service that we were me with from almost every staff member. The staff was pleasant and agreeable and tried to accommodate any...

"Our check-in was delayed until 6:30pm because the people who stayed here the night before us left the place in "very bad" conditions according to the cleaning ladies. Once we entered the home it smelled and looked clean. The main complaint I have is that there was ZERO electricity in one of the smaller rooms, the one with the queen bed. No lights, no tv, and the electrical outlets didn't work. I just don't understand how the cleaning ladies were in there for hours without trying to fix it.......
