“If you need a hotel with stunning views and great access to the cable car, this is the place. The staff's response is immediate. For any request, their answer is YES, and then they clarify what is needed. They react promptly to minor complaints. Everything is of very high quality and pleasant. Because of this, even tipping the staff was not an issue. Water was replenished every day. The only downside I would suggest is that they should consider organizing additional wine tastings on-site.Beach……

“All staff were very polite and helpful. I liked they responded my questions quickly by messages. Good location to go to Ortigia, also to Neapolis. Room was spacious and very clean. We loved our stay, however we didn't feel luxurious as a five star hotel. ”
