“I stay 2 night last weekend
Today I found out my credit card be charged 535 usd, I called to the hotel, they told me because my room's TV damage, so they charge me money for that
But I “don’t”even touch the tv at all when I stay there 2 night, this is crazy just charge me for no reason, and I called the hotel , all they do just told me they are sorry for that. Said because they found out TV damage after I check out
But the fact is I never touch the TV at all , it’s sad that just assume me and……

“The area of our villa/property grounds had trash, unkept& very dated condo-very basic & worn out at best. The resort was overall pretty nice, secured. Called maintenance 3x and they were responsive. ”
