“I stay 2 night last weekend Today I found out my credit card be charged 535 usd, I called to the hotel, they told me because my room's TV damage, so they charge me money for that But I “don’t”even touch the tv at all when I stay there 2 night, this is crazy just charge me for no reason, and I called the hotel , all they do just told me they are sorry for that. Said because they found out TV damage after I check out But the fact is I never touch the TV at all , it’s sad that just assume me and……

“The staff was super friendly, and quick to assist with any needs that were brought up. With that said, the property is aging quite a bit and could use a fairly substantial refresh. This would include inside the Villa (which we stayed at) and the grounds in most of the area. Many trees & bushes needed significant attention.. The room was very very clean though, and that helped with the overall experience.”

“This is my 3rd stay at the Beach Club. Its pool complex is the crown jewel of this resort. While the pool is amazing and cast members here do an excellent job of taking care of the guests, I did notice the rooms are in need of an upgrade. They felt old and outdated. This is in the deluxe category but didn't feel deluxe. I was very surprised. In the future, I'll choose another deluxe option.”
