An absolute first class ambassador. Secondly to the lovely loyalty manager who was also incredible kind and helpful. I cannot say one negative thing if you're looking for a hotel in this particular district, I cannot recommend it enough. The bay room was incredible and with very modern appliances and equipment which we have not seen in China or Hong Kong before. Thoroughly wonderful experience and we would 100% return. "
