“Fantastic hotel and staff”

“This property clearly mentions an age restriction for children under 8, yet it feels more like a kindergarten, with babies and young kids everywhere. Smoking is widespread, and it’s very difficult to find any non-smoking areas. The staff are generally unfriendly, and very few (only two or three at the office) can speak English.”

“I was surprised by the unfortunate presence of so much cigarette smoke in the lobby. It hits you like a wall when you walk in. The management had already turned the air conditioning to winter operation so there was no opportunity to control your own heat/air machine in your room. We like to sleep with a cooler room, and there was no opportunity for that, therefore we slept very poorly. “This is a really good all inclusive hotel, the food is above average and the drinks are average. The pools are really nice and the hotel is right on the beach. Although the hotel is remote (about 30 mins from Kusadasi or 100 lira taxi). The rooms are nice but the beds were extremely uncomfortable, also we felt the daily cleaning was slightly below par, although on the whole the room was clean, there was a stain on the carpet and sink wasn't cleaned well each day.
