The communication from the staff was so swift and efficient with Mr Adnan Asaz responding to my emails a few weeks prior to our visit with astonishing alacrity. A pick-up from the airport was waiting for us on arrival in Kolkata and on reaching the hotel many of the staff were there to great us including general manager Natasha. What a friendly hotel!"

But, for all its efforts, its a little jaded now. But its a large sprawling property. The Pan Asian restaurant is very good. A must eat place. A tip: Stay at ITC Sonar and use the facilities of its next door neighbor- ITC Royal Bengal"

"I recently had the pleasure of staying at the ITC Royal Bengal from April 14 - 25, 2024. It was a very positive experience. Everyone at the hotel went out of their way to make me feel welcome. I stayed at the Tower room on the 57th floor. The room is spacious and very well maintained with all the facilities to make the stay as comfortable as possible. "This is a very beautiful historical property. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. Housekeeping was on top of making sure the room was clean along with water, tea, and coffee stocked daily. Bicky is amazing at taking care of the room and makes sure everything is perfect when he cleans the room. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying again for future visits to Kolkata."

"This was not our first trip to the Novotel. As a family of 5 we are looking for amenities, convenience, cleanliness, and value. And I must say that Novotel is 5 stars in all o these categories. I especially appreciate the friendliness of the staff. There is not a hotel in the world in this price range, in my humble experience, that can compare with Novotel Kolkata. "The hotel is over all good but the things can be better. The menu in the restaurant is limited. It doesn't serve stuffed Parathas, almond and wall nut in breakfast. It doesn't show any business channel on TV. Staff is good and caring at all touch points. "

"The Ibiza resort is fairly close to the city (about 25 kms). We were very excited on reaching there as there is lots of greenery all around. The reception and check-in was fairly efficient. We found the food to be quite good (we took only veg options). So was the breakfast in the morning - good variety and quite tasty). There are lots of outdoor activities, several are free for the guests. Our only problem was with the maintenance and cleanliness of the Winter Green rooms in the Nirvana...
