"Dirty, bad service and louder food. The all inclusive drinks are served in small plastic cups and the cheapest kind there is. Got served raw chicken. Worst hotell ever!!!"

"Wonderful holiday at Royal Palace Helena Sands. My third visit to the hotel and it was perfect in every way. The Hotel Manager Cvetan was always available to help guests and all the staff were so friendly and efficient. A very beautiful hotel land I will be back again next year."

"This resort is fantastic. Staff was very friendly and helpful, everything was super clean and felt secure. The food and drink options were for mass consumption, but everyone in the family was happy. They have fresh squeezed orange juice in the mornings which is amazing. The pools were too cold to use and one of the kids clubs were closed so it was only partial hours. Additional activities to help get energy used up for the kids since they wouldn’t swim would have been great."

"Hotel nie zasluguje na 5*. Jedzenie słabe, brak obsługi kelnerskiej, drinki serwowanw w papierowych kubkach. Pokojowki nie sprzataja a po ich wizycie w pokoju pozostaje na dlugo smrod starego potu. Absolutnie nie polecam tego hotelu. Wstyd, ze Melia jako siec pozwala sobie na tak slaba jakosc."

"100% garbage hotel. Ordered delux suit. About 180 euro a night. No towels, handsoap, shampoo, balsam, nothing when we arrived. Stayed for 48 hours and left. Food was not bad, but the rest was a disaster. I would give the hotel 3 stars, and I would not have been mad if I would pay 50 Euros a night. "
