Very limited breakfast. You had to stay in line for about 10 minutes to get a small cap of coffee. No towels for the beach. No area on the beach - you have to pay or stay in empty 'free zone'.

It feels like the hotel was built in a different era by different beings. Since then the original staff has disappeared and a different species has moved in like a hermit crab. They try to mimic what they are supposed to do to keep Ravda's turistical flagship afloat but they are failing miserably. Their English is okish at the reception and some bars. The food that they give at the all-inclusive meals is the kind of canteen food that you should not need to pay for. The bar staff friendliness is ok but their manners are very poor. If they are sitting doing something or talking to someone you need to wait for them to finish. Sometimes they are not even there. All-inclusive drinks were what you would expect.. beer, wine and component fabricated juices (sludge+water). Bars in general were kind of poor. The main bar said they were closing at 2300 but at 2230 they were cutting the music and kindly asking you to move outside to lock up. The sky bar which is a paid only was poorly stocked and had no cocktails on the menu. Beer, fizzy drinks, liquor and wine. And it was very dirty since it was exposed to the elements. Outside pools were fantastic, gardens and parks were fantastic since they were built by someone else. Their spa was amazing. The inside pool also but lack of care and maintenance made it lackluster. The bar there was not functional, the water was freezing even though it was a rainy day and everyone was inside at the pool and a piece of ceiling fell. A nice but bad experi

Great place but not kept in a good shape. Only one recepcionist that speaks languages different than Bulgarian. Not always working elevators in the far corners of the hotel. Nobody gives a damn about the garbage bins or for cleanliness of the free tables near the big pool. And every morning is the same story with angry willing to fight with you elder ladies and gents from Russia with the massive problem of the sunbeds near the pool. I dont think I am going to visit this place again.

Tehdessämme varausta, tuli loppuun ilmoitus, että hotellissa tuli maksaa kuljetukset lentokentältä hotelille 120e. Otimme hotelliin yhteyttä ennen matkaamme ja kysyimme asiasta, emme ikinä saaneet vastausta. Missään vaiheessa maksua ei kuitenkaan hotellissa oloaikanamme pyydetty. Lentomme oli Bulgariassa yöllä, joten emme päässeet kirjautumaan hotelliimme. Onneksi tiesimme tämän, joten otimme toisen hotellin yhdeksi yöksi. Kurja yllätys oli, että sesonki ei ollut käynnissä vierailumme aikana (21.-31.7), joten ravintolat oli hotellissamme kiinni. Toinen kurja yllätys oli, että vettä ei tullut kunnolla pariin päivään, kun alueella oli jotain ongelmia asian kanssa, eli wcn vetäminen, suihkussa käyminen ei ollut silloin mahdollista. Kolmas kurja yllätys oli, että huoneessamme ei toiminut kolmeen päivään kunnolla sähköt. Koska hotellissamme ei ollut mahdollista saada aamupalaa, teimme sitä huoneessamme itse. Joten sähkön puuttuminen aamuisin aiheutti päänvaivaa ja närkästymistä, kun esimerkiksi hella ei toiminut, jääkaapissa ei ollut sähköä eikä vedenkeitintä saanut toimimaan. Mainiotahan kuitenkin oli, että huoneessa oli tosiaan mahdollisuus tehdä aamupalaa itse, kun oli pieni keittiönurkkaus. Olisimme kuitenkin toivoneet laajempaa keittiövarustusta, kuten kattilan, paistinlastan. Toisena päivänä saimme jatkojohdon huoneeseemme, joten saimme sentään jääkaapin/vedenkeittimen toimimaan.

There is no air conditioning in the lobi and reception.. when we arrived we found out that there is no breakfast in the hotel. We were stunned. The manager tried to be considered and offered 50% discount if we’ll show him the receipt where it says there is breakfast in the hotel. Due to low internet connection I couldn’t translate the order to english so they said it’s ok no need. Everyday they had a diffrent excuse why the money is not ready for us in the reception like it was promised. 2 days before our cheack out they finally gave us the money but only 15% and they were very unplaesent and said that this is what they are willing to give. Take it or leave it. In one word not recommended

Lang niet zo mooi als verwacht. Not nearly as nice as expected.

Het hotel viel ons tegen. De naam 'beach resort' is misleidend, aangezien het hotel geen strand heeft. De kamer was ok, maar wel wat defecten: randjes badkamer, lampjes etc. WiFi is lang niet in het hele hotel beschikbaar. De sleutel van je kamer is een m.i. onhandige tag, en geen pasje. Het massale hotel was nagenoeg leeg, toen wij daar waren. De spa was waardeloos. De sauna was niet warm, het stoombad stonk naar bedorven water en de aroma therapy room had geen enkel aroma. De haakjes in de spa waren al vol. Het boeken van een massage was ook niet mogelijk. Het ontbijt was prima, ook al leek alles erop te wijzen dat het personeel er geen zin in had. De zwembaden zijn mooi, maar ook deze waren niet schoon. The hotel was a disappointment. The name 'beach resort' is misleading, since the hotel doesn't have a beach. The room was okay, but had some defects: edges in the bathroom, a light etc. WiFi is not available throughout the hotel. The key to the room is a i.m.h.o. awkward tag and not a card. The massive hotel was nearly empty when we were there. But the spa was worthless. Sauna wasn't hot, steam room stank of old water, and the aroma room didn't have aroma. There weren't any hooks left to hang your bathrobe. Also a massage was not possible. Breakfast was fine, but everything indicated that the staff didn't want to be there. Pools are nice, but weren't clean.

Hotel was fabulous

Loved this hotel. Swimming pools are breathtaking, never a problem to get sunbed, loads of space, right on beach. ~hotel staff courteous and helpful. Breakfast loads of choice.
