“Staff friendly. Hotel clean. Only draw back is beach staff for water sports and rental. Very rude and arrogant. Not the type that make you want to do any booking or activity with them ”

“The property is conveniently located close to the airport, which made the transfer very easy. The hotel staff were incredibly polite and went above and beyond to make sure we had a lovely stay. This trip was our babymoon, and they added some really thoughtful touches, including non-alcoholic drinks in the room and even a pregnancy pillow, which I really appreciated. My husband made great use of the spa every day. It had amazing cold plunge pools, saunas, steam rooms, and a beautiful pool area……

Cuando llegue al lugar a hacer el Check In, la casa ya estaba con otras personas y me dijeron que Uds. nunca hicieron ninguna reserva, lo peor es que los llame y me dieron un numero de reclamo, me dijeron que me devolverían la llamada y nunca lo hicieron. Uds. saben lo que es llegar a un lugar con 19 personas y no tener donde dormir, ni hospedarse, no solo me malograron mis vacaciones y la de toda mi familia, si no que tuvimos que dormir en……
