「Too inconvenient. Inconvenient place, inconvienient service. We lived here for 2nights, Since our reservations were separated, they asked us to change the room at 12pm on the second day and the housekeeper can help us to put our luggage to the new room. Although it took us too much inconvienence, on the second day 12pm nobody came to my room to helped us. So I don't want to back to this Ritz Carlton hotel again. Awful experience.」

「We had a wonderful stay as a family. The staff were always smiling, polite, and very welcoming. There was a great variety of food options, including choices that suited our children, which we really appreciated. The amenities were easily accessible, well maintained, and family-friendly.
