“After staying in multiple properties across the South Island of New Zealand, including multiple hotel stays in Queenstown, this place is most definitely not a 5-star worthy hotel, 3 stars at best. The staff was extremely accommodating, polite, and we were always met with a smile on the face. With that being said, the place is an essentially a refurbished ‘boutique’ apartment (literally, though). The jacuzzi tub (at least in the Master Suite I was in) was lukewarm on arrival, smelled very……

“We stayed in two different rooms as we added a night last minute. The decor was fun; the bathrooms were exquisite; the space spacious. Breakfast was delightful and tasty. Happy hour was a nice touch and allowed us to meet other guests. The front porch had the most spectacular view of the town and water and was enjoyable to hang out on.The hostesses were gracious, helped with reservations, luggage and parking the car. A delightful stay.”

“I was staying for 2 nights , the secobd night , There were some problems. 1:The light bulbs were flickering randomly in the living room, need to turn off and on for few times. 2 : I wanted to take a bath, but I wasn't sure if the blue bottle is for the bath. The receptionist came to see it, but he was not very sure as well and told me better not to use it, so i couldn't take a bath , and the next day , when I checked out , they told me oh yes it's for bath :( Feel very disappointed about……
