“Our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. Shortly after checking into our room, we found several serious issues, including a broken patio window, broken bathroom tile, spider webs, non-functioning air conditioning, and stained carpeting. The condition of the room made us feel unsafe and uncomfortable, so we immediately returned to the front desk to report our concerns. “We recently stayed at Residence Omigna and loved it. Our 2 bedroom room was amazing and had all we needed. Full kitchen, Nespresso coffee maker, washing machine, and a large outdoor deck. The pool area is large and has gorgeous views. I highly recommend and would stay again!”
