“There was construction on the Main Street of hotel which was very disruptive. Shower was outdated. Staff tried to be helpful. We did get later checkout (1pm instead of 12pm). They should have offered something for the inconvenience of the construction (like maybe free breakfast?) or at least mention this with time for traveler to change hotels”

“在格魯吉亞旅程中住過最舒適的酒店，瑞士小木屋風格的房間，職員熱情，早餐美味，酒店的泳池和桑拿房值得花時間享受”

“Wonderful and friendly staff, very helpful and kind. This is our second time we stayed here. We will definitely go back again ,”

“A nice family or business hotel- The breakfast is not great - there is plenty to eat but the quality isn't great. Good location but a little away from Freedom Square. The room was good and very clean. The gym is small but nice and the rooftop pool is nice. The staff were pleasant but not very knowledgeable regarding tourist information.”

“Very good. And the breakfast is fantastic.”

“Perheomistus.Erittäin avulias henkilökunta eli ikiihanat Tamara ja Georgy! Meillä oli vielä transfer, joka toimii loistavasti ja 2 retkeä- parhaat ikinä!”

“He turned out to be a great friend. I highly recommend the place. Very convenient and terrific views.”

“Front desk staffs are very unfriendly and not too helpful with any request, they shouldn’t be in customer service business or they should be trained better for the job.”
