「Leyla in guest services and Alpine and Mehmet at the front desk made great efforts to adjust for a slight booking error by Expedia. Many of the staff speak english and the rest have a wonderful smile and pleasant manner - charades to communicate for a back up plan - all good. 「Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Kezban an der Rezeption, Vitoria vom Kundenservice, Sila aus der Casablanca Lobby Bar und Mazlum vom Rent-Car waren alle extrem freundlich, lieb und hilfsbereit. So ein Service macht den Urlaub perfekt. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr hilfsbereit und stets bemüht. Der Service war durchweg freundlich und professionell. 「We had a lovely time all the staff are lovely Room was gorgeous and very clean. Bed was massive and so comfortable . Bottle of wine in room on arrival and the view was stunning. Pool that was open outside was heated other pools and decking was being maintained as we went out of season but more then adequate. For future reference could do with toilets open also on far side of other pool. But a beautiful well maintained hotel our 5 visit we’ll go again later in the year 」
