"Stunning and luxurious château . The staff were cheerful and welcoming, dignified and professional without being stiff. The food was fabulous but it would have been nice to have a few more options at dinner especially if were staying more than two nights."

"If I could, I would give the hotel ten stars for service. It was our best service experience during our trip. The staff (especially Natalie) went out of their way to anticipate and accommodate our wishes. The dinner at the hotel restaurant was excellent and filled with tasty surprises. Also, this was one of the very few places in the Loire Valley with a full vegetarian menu. Just perfect! "

"Really nice accommodations, very walkable to the city center yet just off of it so it is quieter. Only a block from lots of food options. Customer service was very good and helpful and friendly. I used the pool/steam/sauna each day after exploring. "

"Very attentive and pleasant staff. Beautiful chateau, rooms and grounds. Very convenient to Amboise and other areas such as Chenonceau. Fun to have a tennis court. And the pool was especially nice."
