「 Pathetic communication.
After paying for the accommodation, a message was put up (2 days before the arrival date) that the accommodation was not available. I did not see thos message and so we arrived to find out there was no accommodation for us. Why did I not get an email to inform me. Why was I expected to "check the messages in case the booking may be cancelled". How ridiculous and what poor communication.
I still have not received any formal correspondance telling me that the booking had...

「The property was not as advertised. Pool had no water, other people in the house after we were told no others would be there. Uncomfortable beds, no fans, loud people coming in and out all night. Area felt totally unsafe and if it wasnt for the sweet dog that stayed outside my door all night I would have felt very vunerable. Handrail fell off the wall everytime you touched it, no seat on the toilet, no hot water. 」
