"Review checkin process. Find entry codes and details about key fobs. Find out if there is construction next door as i was awaken every morning at 7am by construction noise. Verify everything works upon entry and request immediate fix. I was without internet for a day and had to wait various days for repairmen to come fix things without having a set time for their visit. Great place to stay. Walking distance of many things and great amenities but had some minor inconveniences. Staff was very friendly and also assisted when possible. I would recommend but would request they doube pane windows and balcony to block out sound."

"I want to be honest and fair with this review. The most accurate part of the listing was definitely the city views,they were great and matched what was advertised.However, describing this property as “luxury” is misleading. The unit is in an older building and presents much better in photos than it does in person. When we arrived, the floors were dusty, and we even found a cockroach in the kitchen, which immediately took away from the experience.There were also a few maintenance issues: one bedroom’s air conditioner had a noticeable odor, and one of the bathroom doors would not properly shut.To their credit, the hosts were responsive and did come to sweep and mop after we brought the cleanliness issue to their attention, which we appreciated. That said, the initial condition and overall upkeep really impacted our stay.At the end of the day, this is not a luxury property. With some updates and better attention to detail, it could be a much better experience but as it stands, it didn’t meet expectations."

"The place was spacious and the beds so comfortable. Great kitchen, though we didn't use it. Price was right, view great. Wish I would have had time to use the pool. My biggest problem was with VRBO/Expedia. I needed to contact the host to see if I could check in early, but I was unable to. So we just showed up early. We were escorted to a room, left there, keylock hanging on door. An hour later my husband got curious a d found that key"
