「Hotel location is good, very near the train station. the service is good. when I request the additional bed in the room. they changed another bigger room to us. Even we have 3 adults and 1 children. They would not ask us to book one more room.」

「The hotel is across the street from the main train station, we got into our room early upon arrival 5 hours early after getting off a river cruise Very convenient trams 200 yards away , very good buffet breakfast.we were given free Basel cars on arrival which covers local transport and half off various attractions. Recommended 」

「The room is very spacious and comfortable with most of the necessary items included ! The bed is comfortable and big enough. I chose Junior suit for family stay which would not make us feel crowded. Though the hotel is no located right near Basel SBB station, it just takes 5mins bus (no.30 at station C next to Basel station) to arrive hotel. The surroundings of the hotel are silent and beautiful. I love this stay ! Moreover, the hotel provided us a card per head for taking the transport in Basel...

「It is a bit far from the Basel train station but the tram number 8 can take you nearby, hotel host upgraded my room to a bigger size on top floor, while you cannot imagine it is a big hotel from outside, good bathroom with enough hot and water pressure, easy to reach most of the Basel old town attractions」

「The hotel is in a great area near a tram stop. The restaurant has interesting Ukrainian cuisine, for dining indoors or out. There are several other restaurants very close. The staff was professional, if not especially friendly. There is no front desk staff available overnight. 」
