「Un excellent hôtel, le meilleur lors de mon voyage au Kazakhstan : j'ai regretté n'y avoir passé qu'une seule nuit ! Ma chambre était très spacieuse et très confortable, avec un joli balcon. L'emplacement est top, à une quinzaine de minutes à pied du parc central. Le personnel est très serviable et parle plusieurs langues. Le petit-déjeuner est très qualitatif, varié, avec des options locales et saines et un personnel au service efficace et avenant. J'y retournerai sans hésiter. Bravo à toutes...
