Welcome to your perfect getaway! Nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood of East Abbotsford with a private greenbelt and in close proximity to beautiful hiking trails and parks. Step into a spacious and airy living area, flooded with natural light from large windows. The cozy ambiance is perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. A stylish dining table ideal for meals, playing games together or working. Enjoy a full kitchen equipped with all the essentials and a cozy rest on a comfortable queen-sized bed. The property is located in a quiet culdesac and backing onto a beautiful lush greenway. Please note we are a young family and there may be minimal chatter or noise heard. Kids are in bed by 8 pm until 7 am
