"I had an amazing one night stay due to a winter storm that prevented me from going home after work. As I checked in I was greeted by a staff member who was extreamly friendly and professional. I had used there pre-checkin that they offer so he just handed me my keys. He then asked why I was staying for the night and I let him know it was because of the storm and that I work locally.
