Vancouver Aberdeen Centre Hotels

"Im not impressed at all. While we were checking in, the cleaning staff came in the small waiting area and started sweeping the floor with dust going our way and our luggages. The hotel is outdated ( paint is peeling off, rust stains on the tub, carpet is old that I couldn’t tell if it’s clean or not). Great variety for breakfast items. Great location , close to the Bridgeport station."

"Hotel was in a great location for the airport, shuttle is very convenient. Rooms are satisfactory, everything is clean. Did have an issue with them overselling the room type and not getting what was originally booked. Other than that, it’s what you would expect. "

"Mine was a strange usage of the hotel. I got off of a cruise ship in the early morning and my flight home wasn't until 11:30 pm. Instead of my wife and I dragging our luggage around all day we decided to rent a room so we could drop the bags off and also have a place to freshen up before our flight. The room itself was just okay. Really could use a complete makeover. I thought the price of the room was very fair. Airport shuttle was very helpful as the hotel is a few miles from the airport. We did have dinner in the main restaurant and it was excellent. The decor and staff were wonderful. Our waitress even brought out a small appetizer the chef was trying out for us . All in all, we were happy with the accomodations and would definitely stay there again,"

"Check in is slow one person with a long line. Another person comes and talks to check in person holding up the line and after their conversation leaves and doesn’t help poor check in not good customer service"

"The bathroom was not cleaned properly. We found hairs on the shower wall that were from a previous customer. The hotel needs an update as the rooms are drab."
