LOVED it. We got the loft - it's totally worth springing for. Beautiful view, great place if you have kids, because they get the upper level and they loved having their own space. Nice deep and wide pool, great HOT hot tub, not too convenient access to the beach but that's okay. Such a great stay!

Room was dated and smelled bad. Tvs are tiny early 2000s pillows were old and dense the breakfast was n9t good and the food and coffee was out both days and had to wait for them to make more 15 plus mi uses. The staff was excellent but I paid 436 dollars to stay for 2 nights and the pictures made the room look way nicer. The bed was also very old and the entertainment center looked like it had been attacked by a dog. Again staff was amazing g and the pla c e was clean. I think if you are on a budget and n9t looking for something nice this is a great place but there were nicer places going for less money but I picked this one because of the breakfast and the pics of the room. The hotel needs a renovation. I think the smell is just because its so old. Similar smell to an old town vegas hotel. Bleach and mildew smell. One of the nicest staff teams though and that made it potable.

When we arrived at noon and our room was cleaned and done, we weren’t allowed to check in without paying $40 for an early entry fee. I thought it was a bit much since you give a tip to the room staff you give a tip to the breakfast staff and now you need $40 to go in a room that’s already cleaned and ready but you’re going in a few hours early. I just don’t find that to be unacceptable policy.

We always enjoy the breakfast and the staff in the dining room! Front Desk staff is also very friendly. Our kids always enjoy using the pool. We love that it stays open until 11 PM.

Immediately walking into room, there was an odor. Smelt off. Going to the bathroom.There was old corn on the bathroom floor in plain sight. I understood mistakes happen. we found somebody's old socks . The breakfast was the best part of the entire state.It was delicious!

The 1st room was clean, however the floor was vaccum wet and staff was willing to swtich different room. I dont like the bathroom light switch and slowly to dim bright light , also toilet seat was to low, and flus handle very weakly to flush toilet.

We had a party of 5, booked at least several weeks in advance but we did not have enough blankets or pillows. I called to try and get some but was told they were out. I asked for a sheet to maybe wad up to make a pillow and didn't get that either. The first night was uncomfortable and we were cold. Second night was great since we actually had pillows and blankets. Great breakfast.

First got there hair in the bed garbage left in corners the beds were not comfortable at all. Windows dirty couldn’t see out. Breakfast was ok card keys wouldn’t always work kept going to front desk to change them. Probably won’t stay there again.

Our stay was very nice. Small Staff, but were very helpful and friendly! Rooms were clean! Breakfast very limited, but clean and pleasant place to eat. I would recommend this hotel at Ocean Shores because the staff are Number one! Kevin, Brandon, the two ladies! All of the staff members were awesome! Thank them for making our stay easy and pleasant!

Yes, the pool temperature was good, Hot Tub temperature was good, pool area very clean with plenty of towels. Room clean and love the electric fireplace heat! Also the loft unit 415 work very nice either 2 King Beds. Breakfast was good but could have bananas as fresh fruit and bacon along with the sausage.
