「The suite is in a brand new neighbourhood, quiet, pet-friendly and has a private entrance. It is fully supplied with almost new appliances and fixtures and a comfortable bed. It was very clean and bright. Suggestions: There were no hooks for coats or bathrobes and no hangers at all - suggest at minimum some over-the-door hooks or a rack with hangers. 「This is a basement suite in a 1 yr old home. Suite is spacious enough and well appointed. Location is on Far East side of Saskatoon but since the city very smal and traffic flows along smoothly, we were maybe 12 minutes from university and 15 from downtown. Less than that to airport/arena. Convenience stores and fuel very close. Initial entry smooth and simple. If we ever need lodging in sktoon again we will definitely stay here」

「The beds were very comfortable, which was the most important thing to us. The pictures on the website showed an above ground pool in the backyard, which is no longer there. A dishwasher would have been nice. The unit was pretty clean and in a nice area of the city. Overall, I would recommend it.」

「The property is as listed, however much smaller than it seems in pics. quiet, decent beds. Missing very standard amenities (had bath towels, no face towels or face cloths, no shelf in shower, no extra tp, kuriug, but no coffee pods, no hooks or boot racks by door, one kitchen chair, super small table, no oven pans or cookie sheets to even do a pizza...stuff like that) The walk to the back is sloped and icy, with 2 eves drains dumping onto steps, no rail. 「My family and I stayed here for 5 days. The property manager was very communicative and helpful with anything we needed. The house was very clean and in a new area of Saskatoon. It was spacious and the beds were very comfortable to get a good nights sleep. We loved that the area was nice and quiet too. It is a two storey house with an attached garage. They did not give us access to the garage but that might be different during the winter months. We would not hesitate to stay here again.」
