“Very friendly staff. We had a 4-flight walk-up but was very safe and easy to access. Our corner room was spacious and comfortable. The premises and room were very clean. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very large. We enjoyed our stay here and recommend the Aberlour.”

“The room was really hot and we couldn’t open the window because sash cord was broken. The room is nice but the sound proofing terrible: we couldn’t open hear every word spoken through the wall! However beautiful location and great staff.”

“Everything was exceptional. The hospitality from Graham and Sheena was second to none. We got lost our first night out and after a quick call, Graham got us back on track and was actually on his way out to find us when we turned up the drive! That is the level of hospitality provided. Breakfast was delectable! Fresh, buttery croissants, creamy eggs, tasty haggis, sweet fried tomatoes and the tenderest bacon! The beds were so comfortable and the pillows so fluffy!!! “The room was very clean and the staff very helpful and friendly. Food in the restaurant was delicious! For some reason, many of the places we stayed (including this one) did not provide conditioner. Not a huge deal, but thought I’d note for future guests. It is a cute small town and convenient to hiking destinations. Also note there is not central air and the windows do not open more than a few inches, so on hot days, the room gets very stuffy. Not the fault of the hotel, though!”
