「飯店環境優美，一切都好，不知道是飯店老了要整修還是怎麼樣，住宿的品質很差。我們住的房間外面的樓梯正在重新裝修，樓梯漆的味道都蔓延到房間裡頭，真不知道為甚麼可以認為可以把客人安排在這樣的房間裡頭？另外，更可怕的是，早上起床廁所的天花板開始漏水，有兩條水柱從上面嘩啦啦噴下來，一個還是在洗手台上方（有照片為證）！真的很不悅，希望飯店可以為我們的住宿品質打折而為作出補償。」

「Apartment is very modern and well equipped for a short stay or a long stay! Towels and bedding were of high quality, as were fixtures and fittings. Fast flowing shower and fast WiFi. The added smart features give the apartment a very premium feel. Lots of amenities nearby」

「Welcoming staff and a lovely clean hotel. The room had everything we required. The bathroom was small, which was okay, but there were a few things which needed addressing. The mirror was chipped and the paintwork near the bath needed attention. The restaurant is lovely, although the pudding had a hair cooked into the biscuit. The grounds of the hotel are lovely. 「We arrived at Thainstone Hotel on Saturday late afternoon . We asked to book our meal for supper as we were going to a show just across from hotel , as the show starts at 7.30 , we needed to book a meal a bit earlier , the receptionist said we can’t serve meals till 7.30 as there is a wedding in process. She said she will ask the chef but he said no . Even a sandwich would b better than nothing , but no . She said she couldn’t even offer a bag of crisps as they hadn’t any of them either..So we...
