"Never saw staff other than check-in. Hall carpet on second floor was nasty. Had not been vacuumed and it looked like a trash bag was dropped & never cleaned up- dirty q-tips, bandaid, cotton balls, etc in front of our room & several others. Stains all over the sofa, and the sheets appeared to have been washed but were threadbare and stained. Outside of property was poorly maintained."

"Bathtub was dirty and had a bug crawling in it. Water pooled on the floor beneath the leaking toilet. Second room had an extremely dirty bathtub rim with a bug beneath a towel. The total stay did not exceed five minutes."

"The air conditioner was great. The room was clean but had to request bath towels and hand towels. The TV was not working and that was very unacceptable for my spouse. We had requested a room on the first floor and it was not reserved for us. We are staying with this establishment in May 2026 and have requested a room on the first floor. Hopefully it was reserved. I will let you know in May 2026."

"The hotel was very overpriced. We requested a quiet room away from customer-heavy traffic areas, ice machines, or diesel truck driving noise areas, but were put next to an elevator. Entered the room and saw torn drapes, open outlets (no covers) behind the TV, a missing wall picture (hangers in the wall), peeling tub, many paint chips on doors & furniture, missing overhead light fixture cover. Cleaned ok, not great. Bed was comfortable. Chair cushion mismatched chair. Bring your own power-protector cords, as there are none. Breakfast ran out of biscuits and sausage, the morning we were there. No other meats. Mostly carbs. No staff to tell about issues or breakfast. Internet connection is not secure. Parking was tight (not many spaces. We had to park in the next-door hotel space). "
