Our upscale studio is western mid-century inspired and ideal for solo adventurers or couples seeking the most stylish accommodations in Abilene.

Professionally designed, the space features polished concrete floors, a queen-sized bed, a modern kitchen with stovetop and complimentary coffee, a dining table, fast wifi, a 40" TV, loveseat, private back patio, and a sleek bathroom.

Moments away from ACU, downtown Abilene, Hendrick Hospital, HSU, and more, this newly constructed open-concept space boasts 9' ceilings, custom cabinets, granite countertops, and other high-end finishes throughout. We love that it offers everything you need in an efficient and beautiful package, creating an inspiring and relaxing vibe.

You'll have the entire studio to yourself, including the main living area, bathroom, in-suite laundry, and the small fenced area in the backyard.

Great Stay For College Visits

Brought my daughter to Abilene for college visits and this was a great location. Easy access to HSU and ACU. Very clean and nicely appointed. Easy and quick communication with host. Comfortable mattress and pillows! This is one of the things I make note of when traveling because so many places have cheap, uncomfortable mattresses, but this one was excellent. Had a great night’s sleep! Would book this again if we come back.

Wonderful Gem of a Place

We’ve driven by this place multiple times when we’ve been in town to see our college student. We tried it this time and it just jumped to the top of our list for places to stay. We stayed in the end unit of a 4 unit building. You can see the “skyline” of downtown Abilene which means you also have a beautiful view of the sunset. Parking is easy and just outside the door. Opening and closing the unit are also easy. The unit is a studio apartment with every essential - Keurig, microwave, cooktop, TV, bed, table and chairs, sofa, washer and dryer, full bathroom with makeup wipes, shampoo, conditioner, soap, towels, and a small fenced in back area with a little porch and two chairs. There is a small mud room area with hooks for coats, the washer and dryer, a closet and entrance to the bathroom. This is one street over from ACU and just a few blocks from Judge Ely Blvd. It’s extremely convenient. The response time from the owner/management is just a few minutes. They were very helpful, clear in their instructions, friendly, and welcoming. Excellent experience.
