"We had a wonderful one-night stay and were genuinely impressed with the experience. The room was very unique and had a cozy, inviting atmosphere that made it feel special right away. We especially loved the jacuzzi and fireplace, both added a relaxing and romantic touch to our stay. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed and felt comfortable throughout our visit. Their hospitality really stood out and made a great impression. "Front desk staff was rude during check in and overcharged me for the room. Online rate was 144, she charged me 244 and said the rate listed online was incorrect, refused to adjust. It was late after a horse show so we don’t have time to locate another hotel. Rooms are outdated, spring mattress on pull out couch was terrible. "
