「We had a most memorable stay here! All of our rooms were oceanview with their own bathrooms which was great for our group of 10. It was extremely clean and stocked with a nice assortment of items so that we didn’t have to shop right away. And our hosts prepared a delicious traditional menu on our last night. We enjoyed it on the patio as the moon was setting. And we had leftovers for the next day. How wonderful is that? If in Pescara, this property is worth a stay!」

「This was an outstanding property. I would highly recommend it to couples or families. The location is perfect--you can walk into the centro to grocery shop, visit a cafe or meander the charming town, and you can just as easily walk down to the beach. A paved foot path takes you down to the town where you have dozens of restaurants, cafes and access to the Via Verde. The host was lovely and helpful. San Vito Chietino is a charming holiday location and this property is a gem! 」

「Es war ein super Urlaub, die Unterkunft war gut und die Vermieterin sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Information auf der Website bezüglich des Pools war etwas irreführend, da wir alle nicht damit gerechnet haben, dass es einen Gemeinschaftspool geben wird. Dieser wurde sich mit weiteren Familien/ Gästen auf dem Gelände und in der Umgebung geteilt. Trotzdem hat man sich damit arrangieren und daran gewöhnen können. Mit den anderen Gästen in der Nachbarschaft gab es ebenfalls keine Probleme.」

「We had a wonderful stay at this gorgeous villa. Stunning views to both snow capped mountains and the sea. Proximity to the mountains meant we could show my 9 year old Australian nephew snow for the first time, and spend the following day on the beach. A very moving visit the Sangro River War Graves, where we took my Dad to visit his uncles grave for the first time. Beautiful, peaceful place which is just wonderfully kept. Would absolutely stay again, I expect it’s even better in high season when...

Everybody involved with running the Villa were fabulous, friendly, always there to help and Tony the owner came back to any questions I had straight away. We stayed as two families with 5 teenagers.
