“This property was a delight to stay in: spacious, clean, modern, well-equipped, and charming. The A/C works like a charm, and the kitchen is set up well so you can cook if you like. The front yard (main property photo) is a delightful place to relax and have a glass of wine at the end of the day. We didn't use the pool, but it is clean and easily accessible. It's OK to smoke outside. Giovanni is an excellent host who speaks some English, so no worry about communications. The location is outside……

“There was a loud construction noise coming from another room in the villa when we checked in at 7pm. The host messaged me saying that the noise would stop soon. It stopped for a few minutes but then started again and continued until about 9 pm. It then started again early on the following morning and continued until our check-out at 11 pm. ”

“This lovely villa is set in the most beautiful surroundings and can accommodate a large family or groups of friends easily. It's very well equipped with everything you will need for a great stay. The wonderful neighbour Dina is on hand to deal with any issues or questions and makes you feel very welcome. She went out of her way to help us and we were very touched by her kindness. We recommend local restaurant La Locanda in Civitella Casanova where the food is consistently fabulous.”

“We had a most memorable stay here! All of our rooms were oceanview with their own bathrooms which was great for our group of 10. It was extremely clean and stocked with a nice assortment of items so that we didn’t have to shop right away. And our hosts prepared a delicious traditional menu on our last night. We enjoyed it on the patio as the moon was setting. And we had leftovers for the next day. How wonderful is that? If in Pescara, this property is worth a stay!”

“We had a wonderful stay at this gorgeous villa. Stunning views to both snow capped mountains and the sea. Proximity to the mountains meant we could show my 9 year old Australian nephew snow for the first time, and spend the following day on the beach. A very moving visit the Sangro River War Graves, where we took my Dad to visit his uncles grave for the first time. Beautiful, peaceful place which is just wonderfully kept. Would absolutely stay again, I expect it’s even better in high season when……

“Es war ein super Urlaub, die Unterkunft war gut und die Vermieterin sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Information auf der Website bezüglich des Pools war etwas irreführend, da wir alle nicht damit gerechnet haben, dass es einen Gemeinschaftspool geben wird. Dieser wurde sich mit weiteren Familien/ Gästen auf dem Gelände und in der Umgebung geteilt. Trotzdem hat man sich damit arrangieren und daran gewöhnen können. Mit den anderen Gästen in der Nachbarschaft gab es ebenfalls keine Probleme.”
