"The stuff at check-in was so courteous. Our room was spotless. I had asked previously if they had any baby amenities and they had said no. Which was totally fine. But when we got into the room, there was a baby trashcan for diapers and a baby bath! It definitely made our stay easier and more enjoyable."

"This is an old school honestly, but with nicely separated living spaces (shred bathrooms). Not squeaky clean, and a bit outdated…but human and not without charm. The owner is a super courteous dude. You may need a car as it is a few kilometers 40 minute walk from the train station. The payoff is the silence and chill vibes out here. I enjoyed my stay.

"Clean, spacious, with everything provided, including detailed instructions for appliances. Far better than a standard short-stay rental. We were in Hagi on the first hot day of the year, and the AC was fast, effective and a lifesaver - in both living and sleeping areas.
