"This stay started rocky but the receptionist made it up to us quickly. We arrived at 3:00 pm and the hotel was fully booked and struggling to get prior guests to check-out on time and therefore have rooms cleaned and ready. However, the young lady at the front desk was patient and calm, and we had a gorgeous room within 30 minutes. The room was spacious and luxurious and we enjoyed our stay. "Outstanding hotel only downside was the Mexican restaurant - so loud !! Not sure why the music hadn’t to be that loud - only ate there once and it was very expensive and average quality. Belgium bar next door was outstanding though so we just went there instead "
