You'll have the entire apartment to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

The Treehouse Studio apartments with a large rooftop terrace.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. A perfect location to breathe-in the fresh and cool mountain air, away from the noise, hustle and bustle of down-town Accra, 45 minutes drive south of us. We are in the middle of a 100 acre private estate so maintaining the peace and quiet is our priority. Events and (loud) parties are not allowed. Remote working? No problem. Want to live a higher-quality life in nature, away from the big city? No problem. You can have all the privacy you want, and still have access to the (knowledgable) hosts who live right next door if you need anything.
The space
You have your own studio apartment with WiFi, a/c, TV, fridge, microwave, and you have access to our large covered roof-top terrace with complete kitchen facilities.
Guest access
A large garden, large roof-top terrace, BBQ area, laundry services, cleaning services, and miles of hiking trails.
During your stay
We are hands-on hosts and live on the same compound, always available.
Other things to note
We are a bit remote, in nature, so nice and peaceful. The access road is rural, laterite, at places a bit rough, but even Uber/Bolt makes it up. Just drive carefully for the last 700 meters….
Please do note that because our B&B is a bit remote, off the beaten track, I will be glad to pick you up from Kitase (the closest village to our hideaway) if you’re having problems reaching us. Please contact us about your arrival time and I shall assist. We can provide meals (wholesome home-cooking) to our guests at an extra cost.
We have a family of people-friendly cats that live outside (are never inside the living-areas) as well as a family of (also friendly) dogs in a large enclosure in our garden.

Perfect Getaway

I needed a place to rest and rewind, and that’s exactly what it was. The rooms are well designed to help you enjoy the serene environment. Make sure to take a walk in the neighborhood and appreciate the coolness of Aburi. The hosts Yao and Aaj are also just wonderful people to chat with, and as a foreigner, you do feel at home with them.

Super flexible and accommodating

This is a great spot run by very nice and accommodating people. I was actually staying here for a work event nearby and Yao was very gracious about helping my colleague and I get to and from the bnb. My one word of caution is that it is not easy to get to - our taxi from Accra had trouble finding it and a taxi in town had a mechanical problem partway up the hill.

Great get away

The treehouse apartment was in a lovely location with a beautiful view of the forest from your balcony every morning. The roof top was a nice addition. It is a bit remote which is difficult if you are coming and going a lot but great if you want to escape. The hosts are welcoming and dinners were excellent. It was the rainy season during our stay so everything felt wet all the time. That part was hard to adjust to. Overall a good place for a getaway

Lovely stay

Lovely place, with lovely people. Adjoa was very friendly and chatty and it felt like we were staying with friends during our stay. Property isn’t set up as self contained units, but rather individual rooms in the building with a kitchenette on the top floor. Does mean we had to eat out most nights, but the local area is really nice, with lots of variety for meals. Adjoa is also very helpful in navigating the local area, and assists in all demands, including laundry, and making us dinner as we were too tired one night. The whole family had a great time during our short stay in Aburi, and had a lovely time staying with Adjoa, would definitely stay again.

Perfect Accra Getaway

Although it’s only a 45 min drive from Accra, it felt like another world. The property is peaceful and calm. Not to mention the views on our morning walks were breathtakingly gorgeous. I visited with my family (group of 3 adults and 2 teens) for three days and three nights. The rooms were sparkling and spacious. WiFi was strong and I was able to work remotely when needed. Communication with Yao was seamless and he was extremely accommodating. Anything we needed was arranged i.e. drivers, specific meals. If you’re looking for a truly relaxing retreat this is it—on or off the grid.

My husband and I had a great time in the Treehouse. The hosts were great. Not only were they incredibly hospitable, they were so kind they felt like friends immediately. The dinners provided were very tasty, and it was really nice they provided drinking water as well. The room was clean and comfortable.Highly recommend!
