Absolutely disgusting. Property is not maintained at all. Rooms are dirty: bedsheets dirty, cockroaches and one of the days we had no running water. The area is in a BAD AREA. I had multiple taxi drivers refuse to drive me there from the center because of the insecurity. Staff looks drunk all the time and not all there. I also had to pay in cash for the property they didn’t take card. Please do not go here and it should be taken off of Expedia specifically for safety

Las instalaciones fatales, se requiere un mantenimiento intensivo en general, la piscina tenía un color verde, use si baño y no tenían agua en ese momento, quién sabe los cuartos cómo estaban. EXPEDIA, debería crear una supervisión para rectificar lo que los dueños describen, ya que EXPEDIA seguro cobra su comisión, a pesar de que sea una madre de porquería. Estás aplicaciones hay que tomarlo con pincitas, ojo mucho ojo.

El hotel estaba afectado por los desastres naturales recientes, además (alberca enlamada, escombros, instalaciones sucias), y aún así rentaban las habitaciones, me atendió un "encargado" sin playera, estaba tomando y me ofreció una cabañita que el decía que me podía gustar y si la quería le iba a una "limpiadita" y ya quedaba la habitación, trabajadores del mismo hotel me dijeron que estaban rentando habitaciones sin condiciones

Estuvo súper feo las habitaciones huelen a perro mojado será tensión del administrador aparte estaba borracho la reservación se canceló no me regresaron mi dinero estuvo horrible habitaciones de mal estado cabañas en mal estado no lo recomiendo

Las instalaciones nada que ver con las fotos que estan en la pagina la atencion de la gente que esta en el lugar nisiquiera saben como se resevan por las aplicación Algo muy importante que alguien deberia de checar las instalaciones estan demasiado pero demasiado descuidadas
