La habitación se quedó sin agua fría desde el segundo día, no nos cambiaron un día la ropa de cama, el agua en la regadera y en el lavamanos se acumulaba y tardaba en irse, si llegabas tarde tu auto se quedaba afuera porque se llenaba el estacionamiento, solo cuenta con una pequeña tienda para pedir unas bebidas, nunca se resolvió el tema del agua y al final le echaron la culpa al sismo que hubo el día 2,

Las habitaciones sumamente pequeñas tienes que pasar alrededor de la cama de lado. Las escaleras sumamente empinadas y los escalones de diferentes tamaños. El calentador como es solar y la gente se baña no hay agua caliente o de repente sale sumamente caliente y se acaba. Si tienes frío no tienen una cobija para prestarte y en la cama solamente hay sábanas.

Las habitaciones sumamente pequeñas uno tiene que pasar de lado alrededor de la cama si es maleta grande no hay dónde ponerla. Las escaleras para subir al tercer piso sumamente empinadas los escalones de diferentes tamaños. Solamente ponen sábana y si uno es frío lento no tienen cobija para ofrecer. Nunca hubo agua caliente como es calentador solar de repente sale muy caliente y los demás tiempos sale fría. El hotel tiene muchas oportunidades, la atencion y hospitalidad mala, las intalaciones regulares, limpieza regular, las areas comunes malas, bancos de piedra, me ecaron a perder trajes de baño ya que estaban recien pintados.

Cumple lo que promete

Está en la playa, es muy tranquilo. Todo estuvo muy bien, sólo tengo dos observaciones: nos dijeron que no podíamos tener nuestra hielera en la alberca o la playa del hotel, porque ellos venden bebidas. Pero la tiendita donde supuestamente las venden, nunca la abrieron. Otra observación: la limpieza de la alberca puede mejorar.

Genial para descanso!

Un lugar sumamente tranquilo, sencillo y aislado de toda urbanización. En coche nos fue muy fácil llegar. Recomendable para descansar y olvidarte un rato de todo. La habitación no cuenta con tv, puede ser algo relevante para alguien más.

Me gustó la disponibilidad, pues llegue un poco antes de la hra de check in, y como ya había disponible la habitación no la entregaron, la dueña nos brindó información para el consumo de alimentos, el día de salida se entregó la habitación en tiempo, sin embargo nos permitió estar en áreas verdes y alberca hasta por unas hrs más en lo que comiamos muy agradable el hotel,los espacios, la playa y todo

Pésimo servicio, busquen otras opciones.

Bueno, considerando que el hotel se encuentra en una zona rural, o ejido, es muy sencillo, para el costo - oferta, el servicio es malísimo, las personas de recepción nunca están pendientes, tienes que llamarlos y el esperar a que vengan al hotel, no te ayudan con las maletas, me informaron al llegar que teníamos derecho a la alberca de beach club y que ahí mismo había restaurante, calculé mis tiempos para desayunar ahí el día del check out y cuando fui resultó que siempre no tenían restaurante y que el más cercano estaba a unos kilómetros de distancia, no había nadie para atenderme e informarlo por la mañana ni nadie en el beach club, fue hasta un ahora después cuando ya no podía esperar que muy Grosera la encargada me respondió el Whatsapp diciendo que ellos nunca dijeron que tenían restaurante insinuando que soy una mentirosa, me lo dijo el chico de la recepción que nunca estaba, finalmente me tuve que ir sin desayunar, por su pésimo servicio, mala información entre el equipo de trabajo, nunca acepto que ellos me informaron mal y me bloqueo de Whatsapp sin dar la cara, toda la atención fue x Whatsapp siempre...

Que utilicen las mismas áreas de alojamiento de huéspedes para ceremonias religiosas y como balneario. No es agradable despertar y ver que en tu puerta están oficiando misa con unas 80 o 100 personas asistiendo para después hacer picnic y utilizar la piscina y con ropa de calle

No respetaron mi reservación porque llegué 30 minutos tarde aun cuando dejé mi tarjeta en garantía, me dieron una habitación de 2x3 m cuadrado con un minibaño por el 90% del costo de la habitación que había rentado. Obvio al día siguiente me cambié de hotel.
