The bed was very firm. It’s nice they have a restaurant, but they don’t allow you to bring your own food or drinks to the pool because they want you to buy it from their expensive restaurant. Hotel is in a good location, but in need of updates or remodeling.

I didn't like the fact that the elevator is not working, so walking 5 stories becomes very tiring and that the parking lot is not in the hotel premises.

Generally very good. It's right on the beach. The pool is of medium size and also with sea view. The staff were very friendly and helpful. In the restaurant I thought there could have been a little more value for money at breakfast time but the prices for lunch and dinner I thought were reasonable. The service at all times in the restaurant was excellent. I only tried the prawns for dinner but they were so good I had them three times in different ways! The rooms are big and the bed was comfortable. Plenty of places to put things and there was a fridge. Everything was very clean. The air conditioning in this hotel is individual and was new. I only have one negative comment. On Saturday night there seemed to be very few security staff on duty (compared to the rest of the week when I actually saw them passing front of my room) and a group of young guys decided to smoke, drink and chat in the passage way in front of the elevator at 3 am. The noise finally stopped at 4.30 am. It shouldn't be possible for people to be smoking inside the hotel. There are smoke detectors in the rooms which is why these guys were in the corridor I guess. The rest of the week everything was fine. I would strongly recommend this hotel on the whole and I hope to stay there again.

Es un gran hotel. Me gusta hospedarme aquí porque aunque es hotel de playa, el costo es muy accesible. La vista a la playa es increíble. Las habitaciones cómodas, cuentan con lo necesario. Excelente servicio. Muy bien la limpieza y el personal muy atento. Es muy accesible el hotel y encuentras varios lugares atractivos alrededor.

1. **Condiciones de las habitaciones:** - Las habitaciones son muy antiguas y muestran signos de desgaste. - Las colchas están en mal estado y están muy viejas. - Los colchones son excesivamente duros, lo que dificulta un buen descanso. 2. **Estado de la alberca:** - La alberca tiene un piso muy resbaloso, lo que presenta un riesgo de seguridad. Parece que no ha recibido mantenimiento o limpieza reciente. 3. **Calidad de la comida:** - La comida servida en el restaurante no cumple con las expectativas. - Recibimos pan con moho, lo que es inaceptable. - Cuando pedimos alitas, se nos sirvieron incompletas. - La única compensación ofrecida fue una bebida de cortesía y un descuento de 11 pesos en la cuenta final. Lo que no es suficiente para resolver la insatisfacción con el servicio.
